09/25 : Information Notice - Investigation of Allegations into Anti-Competitive Behaviour

The Authority received a complaint that e-llan Communications Limited and/or Manx Cable Company Limited may be engaging in anti-competitive practices. Specifically, it has been alleged that it is inappropriately restricting access to the subsea fibre optic communications cable operated by e-llan Communications Limited. The Authority will investigate the claims made in the complaint, but it is important to point out that at this stage no findings have been made in the matter.  The Information Notice can be found here.
