Information Notice 09/23: Extension to Respond to Competition Investigation Guidelines Consultation (04/23)

The Communications and Utilities Regulatory Authority (the Authority) has received a formal request for a 10 day extension to respond to the Competition Investigation Guidelines Consultation (Publication Number 04/23)  and, having considered the facts that were set out in the request, the Authority has decided to grant the requested extension to the consultation period in this instance.
