In March 2022 CURA introduced the Gas (Tariff Fixing)(Parameters) Regulations 2022 and these came into force from 1st April 2022.
These Regulations introduce economic regulation to the Isle of Man’s gas sector for the first time.
The next major milestone CURA will work towards is to introduce primary legislation that will allow us to introduce additional consumer protection measures.
